Before You Return:
To return the products, please contact service@Ranbybox.com
We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
We do not accept any request of exchange&return once the "specials" are sold.
Exchange or Return for a Refund:
You have the right to return all products you have bought from Ranbybox.com for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them.If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund, we ask that they be in new condition (ie: unworn and tags are still attached).
All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.
After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

WARMLY RETURNING NOTE: Kindly please contact us advanced but not return directly to sender address on your parcel that mentioned of carrier’s transit warehouse and invalid reimbursing.
